Practically the entire city is in the ‘impacted area’.
The relevant information was not easy to find on the website either, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for this to be clearly communicated. Or an unreasonable thing to complain about.
The council and the organisers clearly do not care enough about the people of this city - who are being negatively effected by this event - to even properly inform them of how they will be impacted, which imo is the most basic mitigation |
