I would recommend
\- Fuck all. Don't underestimate the power of giving yourself nothing to do, even for a few days or even a week. We're programmed these days to do 'stuff', post it on the socials and all that shit. Just kick back and let yourself live with no pressure.
\- Day trips and weekends away. I went weekends away to meet friends I hadn't seen in a while, stayed with them, went on nights out etc.
\- Explore the local area. I too have a dog and was stuck on the same routes day in day out. I used some of the time to try and expand our walking routes and found some lovely places.
