| Comment | They disappeared for a couple of reasons...research has shown that having people stand to one side doesn’t actually speed things up and may make it slower overall....but more importantly having a consistent loading to one side of the escalators was making them break down much more often than they were expected to, by removing the standing to one side it solved this issue. |
