If you could afford private ADHD Diagnosis, have a look at Diverse Diagnostics. My daughter (21) went through them and so did I. I spoke with my GP beforehand and the GP told me I'd be waiting a VERY long time on the NHS - and, at 48, unlikely to even be entertained by them.
