Comment	Not a great example given it hosted the start of the 2014 Tour de France, so out of the entire UK is probably the location which has hosted the single most significant (and, if you like, disruptive) cycling event in the country's history Which then led to it hosting the Tour de Yorkshire 3 times, and Leeds being part of Yorkshire hosting the 2019 Road Cycling Championships (i.e. what was happening this weekend)
