I also believe that has happened to me but all I've had is an anxiety and depression diagnosis and now on tablets that do nothing but make me extremely fatigued and unfocused (seriously, trying to do my admin job is a nightmare now), I also made the mistake of stopping them before, which was not good. I honestly had no idea what ADHD was properly until TikTok, I honestly thought it was a hyperactivity and/or learning disorder, that's how little its discussed in adults, especially females 🤔 |
