When i had a PT(pre covid) about 80% of our excercises were done with kettlebells or dumbells and i honestly swear by them. I never knew how versatile they are.
Not had a PT in a long time but i have weights in my garage now and after a 30 minute workout i feel great.
Give kettlebell excercises a search and youll see loads of different examples OP. The main thing is to mix it up each time so you arent getting bored of the repetitiveness |
