Have you any experience of working / mustering on a ship ? Or are you just ignorant to the practices on board these things and feel the need to be a bit of a twat to strangers online ?

Do you think there is a maze of corridors that lead to a single exit on either side ? What do you think the chances are that every single walkway to an exit is blocked ? Also worth mentioning that materials used to build these things are of higher fire resistance than a wooden door.
Walls are metal, doors are metal, etc.

I’ve worked on ships for the past 10 years and standard practice is if you’re along side, you muster alongside as it’s generally the safest. And that’s when we only have 1 gangway. These things will have 3/4/5 depending on size. So chances of getting trapped are extremely slim.
