You can't actually say whatever you like in public. You can voice your opinions but what you cannot do is put people into a state of fear and alarm as I have witnessed. I have watched the guy in question on this post and he is the one that I called the cops on before as he became homophobic and that is illegal. If you shout out in public that you can be murdered whilst walking home on your own in the early hours of the morning because of your sexuality then that can be taken as a direct threat and that cunt said that in George Square one Sunday afternoon. |
