I do a mix of weights, boxing and cycling. Weights will get you resulta faster plus more muscle mass means a higher BMR. But I get bored easily so the boxing classes are a fun way to do some cardio and strength. Cycling I really do just mostly for fun on weekends.
One thing a lot of PTs and advice on the internet don’t acknowledge is that your menstrual cycle definitely has an impact on how you train and there are things you can do to mitigate feeling kinda rubbish cause it can help keep you motivated. So you might want to look into that.
