Comment | I usually do one form of exercise for 6 months or so until I get bored or the weather changes! I have enjoyed ashtanga yoga, Revolution Spin classes, bouldering, weightlifting and cycling. Right now I'm really into running and munro bagging, I've joined a running club in the Southside and do different park runs every weekend. I find it's more fun to change it up when you get bored and try something new for a few months. |
