Comment	I think it depends what you want to see. Presuming you want to see both cities? I’d spend a day in Glasgow and the west end (accessible via subway or glasgow tour bus). The festival is on in Edinburgh so under no circumstances take a car there. It’s quite chaotic. Take the train through from Glasgow.
