| Comment | the big issue is even if you're bike is registered, that's no sign they'll do anything. by the time it's spotted for sale somewhere else (a lot of stolen bikes in glasgow end up in manchester or liverpool btw) they'll contact the police there and then that police force will decide if they want to do anything about it. they usually don't btw.
the one person i know who's ever got their bike back after it was stolen and found for sale, the police there tried to charge them £200 to ship it back up to glasgow. |
