Comment | This is not your problem, it's theirs. Go back to Vardy and demand they honour their warranty.
If they have no technicians, that's fine, *they* can call another garage, *they* can arrange for the repairs, and *they* can pay the bill. Don't forget that *they* probably owe you a courtesy car as well.
Keep a log of all contact, note down what was said/agreed, and keep all letters/emails. You'll find this useful is you have to take the to court. |
