I am sure you always maintain good manners around her but one tactic i would employ is to try and reach out to her. Asking questions like:
“how are you? Are you ok? I’m worried that something has happened? Has anything happened? I have been worried for a while and just wanted to check everything was ok with your health and everything. Etc... “ possibly ask her in for a cup of tea even.
Ive dealt with a fair few crazy tenants over the years. IMO its a lot easier when they see you as the friend rather than enemy. |
