No it’s not acceptable. I come home to my empty bin with dog turd bags in it.. I don’t own a dog and every time I open the bin lid I get the stench to your dog’s smelly shit. Very poor etiquette indeed.. it’s bad enough scooping up the neighbourhood cat’s shit off my lawn from all the “he only craps in his litter tray” trained animals..
