My bin gets emptied once every 14 days. People are putting shit in a biodegradable bag in my bin. How would you like it if I shat in a tiny bag then plopped it in your bin to have to put up with the stink every time I put my rubbish in it..? Don’t give me the it’s only a dog speech..it’s up to you to put your dog’s shit in a public bin or your own bin.
