| Comment | I know it's harsh, but I'm much rather keep her firmly at arms length and don't particularly want to form a friendship with her. I don't have the time or energy, I'm quite introverted and dealing with people exhausts me - particularly if they're difficult. So, I'd much rather be in a position where I know I've protected myself. I don't know her well enough to want to offer myself as a rock in whatever mental storm she's sailing through. |
