| Comment | The Scottish Government can't set up safe consumption rooms. It's been attempted in Glasgow but was blocked by the UK Government's Home Office. I suppose they could try to tell the Home Office to piss off and set it up anyway, but that would have murky legal consequences to say the least. It's not something they have the right to do.
Not a fan of the SNP myself, but not going to blame them for not doing something that isn't within their remit. |
