Just earlier today I was cycling home on Great Western Rd when I was passed twice by a young bloke on a bike who couldn't decide if he was a pedestrian or a cyclist.
There's me waiting at the lights a few cars back, and he wobbles by all over the place, between stopped vehicles, and then ran the red. Twice. Right in front of me.
Anyway, I caught up with him near Anniesland and might have expressed a few strong opinions about his behaviour and poor sense of personal responsibility.
