Sometimes I need to buy the ticket in Central after stepping out of the train (as you did) and the queue to buy a ticket from her are huge. Meaning so many people will get late to work. When I get into the line to buy the ticket and I see is her, I know I will get late. It makes me very angry.
She is on a power trip thinking she is running some sort of inquisition. She does the same bullshit she did with you with almost everyone. I remember once the guy in front of me was under her scrutiny for like 5 minutes. She should just sell the fucking tickets and shut up. And if she cannot sell the tickets without being a dick, she should be moved to some other job within Scotrail.
The thing she did with you selling the wrong ticket, I've seen her doing that many times. Because while in line I can see people coming back again and complaining about that. |
