| Comment | I mean its not particularly limited to cycling but yeh I find that these discussions are mostly about people looking to be sanctimonous and very little about the realities of public health and the cause and effect of different policies.
It's not entirely limited to the anti (or pick me) cyclists either, some cycle advocates describe traffic as death traps in such an overblown way that its a big reason a lot of people avoid bikes despite the reality is they are on paper an extremely safe way to travel (and if more people do so the safer they become) |
