Comment	“The plans include a £7.5m application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. An £11m contribution would come from Glasgow City Council and £12m would be sought from "other public sector funders". No plans for private sector investment? Why is it all public money? We really need to manage our cultural assets in a smarter way, there are bound to be companies that would be glad to sponsor exhibits.
