| Comment | Yes. Got a train to Central on that line rushing to an airport once. Couldn't get a ticket at the station because there was no one at the ticket office and the machines were card only, and didn't accept my card. Tried to get one on the extremely busy train only to be met with, "they cards never work!" as the ticket guy moved on and didn't get a chance to say I had cash. Fair enough - he was probably up to high dough. At the station, was told I had to buy a much more expensive ticket because I didn't buy beforehand. Explained how I couldn't get any chance possible of paying, then the other staff started chiming in with, "buy before you board! Use the app!" shite, one of them a manager and a right horrible baldy cunt.
A lot of the staff are fucking great though, but there's a few there who should be shot. |
