Things happen all the time on trains making it impossible to buy tickets. There are a myriad of scenarios that make buying a ticket prior to arrival impractical or impossible. ScotRail accepts this and for that reason despite all the other cost cutting measures they've taken they still haven't got rid of the option to buy the ticket upon arrival. The "rant" was about someone being rude unnecessarily. So don't be rude unnecessarily. |
