Spoke to me like I was an idiot when my paper ticket didn’t work at the barrier at central. Talked to me as if I don’t know how to use a ticket barrier when it was clearly just the barrier not responding as it occasionally does, and immediately called her out on how rude and patronising it was and she played the victim and told me to stop “harassing” her because I told her to get some manners after she was cheeky lol |
