Pretty good location for student housing. Almost exactly halfway between Strathclyde and Glasgow Uni who both have large international student populations. It is a pretty blighted area so adding in 600 student rooms will likely lead to some pretty quick development. Will also get students out of the private housing market. With the state of the housing market in Glasgow right now I think all housing stock is good. |
