I was surprised that 349 Bath Street wasn't knocked down after Inland Revenue Scotland vacated it in 1999. I honestly can't remember what was above The Baby Grand at the time, either a lawyer or graphic design company.
Whoever renamed it to the Venlaw Building must have had a hell of a job getting rid of the smell of gin & cigs
