I'm glad you have enjoyed your time here, and I'm sorry nobody seems to care enough to keep the place clean. I think if it appears that the council don't care, why should they?
If you decide to keep on tidying up...please be very careful, use gloves and a litter picker. Its going to be Autumn soon, and the fallen leaves hide many things.
