| Comment | Yeah a bit of consideration on both sides but in those situations it’s usually the downstairs neighbour who’s been suffering in silence for some time and she’s reached the end of her tether, but yeah there is a way to approach these things, I had to move out before I blew a gasket at my neighbour who for some inexplicable reason would be in and out of her house about 20 times and hour on a daily basis slamming her front door which was right next to my bedroom. |
