I think habits and routines are important. If you’re adding things you aren’t used to then it’ll be difficult to mentally overcome the tiredness you get from it.

But after you do that thing enough, it just becomes part of the everyday and you won’t think as much as you did about it.

Not sure how this goes for things like clubs though. You should give it a try though!
