Yes you can, but frankly its as much use as peeing in the wind. Nobody replies (not even an automatic reply). Feeling threatened and intimidated is really scary and should be taken seriously. These guys are up to no good, and yes, its not a *crime* to cover your face while carrying large sticks and zooming around on quad bikes...but its not exactly normal.
