| Comment | I've seen the police chasing these guys with their own quad bikes several times, and being pursued by car on Balmore Rd (they're based in Possil).
They don't cause any specific trouble other than driving about (albeit often at dangerous speeds), they just fancy themselves as being in Mad Max or something.
The main reason I think they wear scarves is because a couple of them are actually grown adults. |
