Using offshore companies, paying yourself in dividends or tax free loans, running your income through a limited company instead of as PAYE, paying your spouse to use their tax free allowance as well as your own, etc. All of these are legal, some are more sketchy than others. They will reduce how much tax you pay on the income, but you still declare it and pay what’s due.
