| Comment | My husband was paying the full amount when he should have gotten the discount because I'm a full-time student, and he was able to get it back (or rather, they refunded it moving forward, so he paid less than the discounted rate for a while until he "got his money back"). He was only overpaying for a few months and it took a couple of months to resolve. I'm sure you'll be able to put it through but it might take a while. |
