Forgot to mention in the description that this has been placed on top of the floor. There's a step of like 5cm if not more into the flat. So if I were to take off this raised floor there should be still floor and deafening under that as per normal. But don't worry I don't have the courage or money to lift all of that back up. I'll just put flooring above it.
