| Comment | Now onto the second week of trying to contact the council with no reply over them mistaking two letters of my car reg on the new parking permit. Have had three parking tickets and have now had to move the car away from the house into a non permit zone. Four emails, phone leads to a voice saying email us and the live chat is open 10 to 4 when im working, its absolutely infuriating.
I have no why idea its always such a fucking hassle to renew the permit every single year. |
