Comment | They can be good if everyone is on board maintaining the property. Much cheaper and you can get agreements to work faster if that's the case. However, if folk don't respond or pay towards damage etc, it can be a pain in the arse, but that's the same for factored properties too, but you end up having to deal with it.
Best position is if there's social housing in the block. Those guys don't tend to fuck around with repairs or maintenance. |
