| Comment | Also worth saying that covid also attacks the gut too, especially if you are already someone with gut problems. I am one of said people and covid (first strain) had me so ill, I thought I wouldn't make it. I now have long covid of the gut, can only eat a calorie-defecit, low residue diet and it's not fun. I'm glad I didn't encounter those people because I'd have wanted to boot their arses |
