| Comment | It sounds like you have most of the problem here.
First off, I don’t know how to “ring a bell aggressively”. It’s a bit of metal with a metal spring. It’s there to send out an audible alert. It doesn’t have settings for “pleasant” ring or “aggressive” ring, so perhaps think about that.
Second, you should be more aware of your surroundings. The cyclists seem to be aware of their surroundings by ringing their bell and making you aware of their presence.
Third, I’m not defending all cyclists here, there will be some cyclists who are arseholes, just as there are arsehole walkers on canal paths.
It’s a shared space, if you don’t like it, do what I do and don’t use that space. |
