What I would say is location of where it is will make a difference to application
Much more likely to be accepted with a flat near events or notable locations in busy areas where constant stream of people is more likely - like near SECC and finnieston or town. High chance of rejection if its a random flat in somewhere like East Kilbride or knightswood in residential areas
