But yeah pay it, you need the pass to get into both unions at nighttime during freshers week, if she doesn’t get it she’s at risk of being left out when her new pals go to the events.
In terms of where it goes, I think it’s usually to pay for the bands, each union usually has a decent band playing each during the week. I think it was twin Atlantic at the qmu and an indi band, possibly the wombats at the guu when I was there. |
