Look at Aberdeen, it went from one of the most expensive cities in the UK to one of the cheapest after the oil crash, cause companies had been building like mad out there, and a decent amount of folk left at once. Houses prices there have dropped by insane amounts just due to the sheer amount of choice people have when renting and buying. |
