Mine is basically fully grown now and still thinks he's a lap dog. Sometimes a bit uncomfortable for me but it's better than him being on the floor near the front.
Not sure if it's just the buses I usually take but some people jump away from him or even scream a little sometimes.
As if waving their arms around isn't the reason he's interested in them. It can be very frustrating. Because he will mind his own business unless he thinks you're trying to play or pat him
