If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, I've used SimplyFixIt a couple of times for work laptops, doing pretty much what you described. Not the cheapest (nor the most expensive) but you can trust them to do a proper job. They're on Bath Street right where it meets the top of Buchanan Street.
