I know it's frustrating when you're applying for lots of posts and not getting anywhere, but try not to let it get to you.

My suggestions would be -

\- have a couple of different versions of your CV, highlighting particular skills or experience that might be more relevant to different roles

\-other sites you could try: goodmoves for voluntary sector admin/customer service roles - they have a lot, and they tend to be decent quality. Mostly you'll be asked to fill in an application form rather than send in your CV - if so, really spend a lot of time on the personal statement section. Also gumtree glasgow jobs seems to have a surprising variety of different roles

\- Register for temporary work with smaller recruitment agencies and keep ON THEM, call regularly (be friendly and nice!), so you're not just a name on a database.

\- keep a spreadsheet to track your applications, keeping a note of progress and closing dates. Approach it methodically and systematically; this will help you spot any patterns and also make you feel less like you're flinging stuff into the abyss.

Good luck. I am sure it'll happen for you soon.
