| Comment | I don't hate the place, it's just bang OK. It looks rather cool to be fair, especially when it's lit up at night after your show. Expensive too. Bars aren't very well organised and can take ages to get served before a show starts. Transport links are decent though especially getting there as can just get a train to Exhibition Centre and I love the walk through the tunnel with buskers playing, adds a bit of excitement. For me it's really convenient as I live in Paisley on the bus route so can just walk 20 mins to the Grand Ole Opry and get a bus straight home. Security is a bit OTT and a pain checking your ticket every time you go in/out the main room (pint in one hand while trying to open the doors with your phone in your other with your ticket on) or out for a smoke etc. |
