| Comment | Is it coming from inside one of their lodges if there's one near your house? I used to live across from one and the bastards would rehearse at times and it'd be extremely loud. I've never seen an actual march out this late. There will be a list of all their marches, probably on the Council's website, well in advance, but I'm sorry I don't have a link.
