| Comment | RE cleaning. How much are you paying in factor fees? Could be worthwhile asking for a statement of services from the factor, if you didn’t receive one when you first moved in, to see what services they are meant to be providing.
Also, not an expert but is this one of those ‘don’t ask don’t tell’ situations where forgetting to ask about outstanding/potential repairs means you’re absolutely on the hook? I’m thinking of roof repairs which people are usually stung by. |
