Honestly somewhere like costa isn't that bad, my pal is a trainee roaster now at a reputable local coffee merchant and they started at costa before starting there.
Keep an eye on instagram for the speciality coffee cafes they occasionally hire people PT and you won't get on the machine straight away but they'll train you up. |
