Do not work in Spitfire espresso, you'll get experience but you'll also get paid the most minimum of wages, be understaffed, be mistreated by the supervisors and the owners don't care a lick. Not worth it for even a second.

Honestly somewhere like costa isn't that bad, my pal is a trainee roaster now at a reputable local coffee merchant and they started at costa before starting there.

Keep an eye on instagram for the speciality coffee cafes they occasionally hire people PT and you won't get on the machine straight away but they'll train you up.
